u know it sounds like the second coming but trust me thats a bit of blasphemy over there; but for sure its ok to use it as an image so thats what am driving at....ok so i'll tell you why it called it that...the streets have been swept and repaired, the shoeshine in New Vision termed it as 'the potholes in kampala being on leave', hotels have been built, staff is just being done right, like as if the queen is going to come here and say uganda can now go to heaven for its cleanliness and beautiful hotels...imagine that. someone once said that i think it would be better to stay the way we are think about it especially if u r a politician, more funds to embezzle. she would find the place so pathetic she would have to feel sorry for us and donate to the cleanliness ,then she would also send money for the health of those already affected and more to build better structures...real cool dont you think. with all these nigerian movies here all the delegates from Nigeria would have alot of their own entertainment thus left comfortable and feeling more at home. i mean just think about it instead of acting like the second coming and pretending to be what we are not we could just turn this whole thing into a business.
